The attention of passersby was called by the cry of the baby. The passersby called the attention of the police who came and took the baby to a motherless babies home.
Mr Kunle Omisakin a chief supretendent of police and DPO in charge of the area confirmed the incident and stated that investigation into the matter has commenced.
